Christopher Noe is general partner of Dublin Capital Partners and has responsibility for venture fund and direct company investing for H. Chase Lenfest. Chris has a passion for growing companies and has been doing so as an investor, advisor and operator in media technology and service related businesses for the past 10 years.
Chris is the former president of the Lenfest Media Group where he had profit and loss responsibility for CAM Systems and Starnet, both of which provided advertising related software and services to the cable industry. Chris successfully affected the turnaround and growth of these businesses and ultimately drove their sale to OpenTV (NASDAQ:OPTV) in 2005.
Chris was previously a managing director with Katalyst LLC, a venture fund and private equity services firm. Chris evaluated investment opportunities, provided board and CEO level guidance, and assumed interim General Management roles in early and growth stage technology companies involved with advertising, cable services, internet marketing and digital media.
Chris has held sales, business development and consulting positions with IBM, Computer Sciences Corporation and KPMG. He attained a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with secondary emphasis in computer science from the University of Connecticut and earned his certification as a public accountant in the state of Connecticut.
Chris currently serves on the board of directors of Broadway Systems, XOS Digital and Iron Solutions.
